Big Shoes

When I think about being only the fourth general manager at South Plains Electric Cooperative in 75 years, I realize I have some really big shoes to fill. I’ve had the privilege of being associated with the Cooperative for more than 25 years. Facing the task of leading this great Cooperative is like climbing into the front seat of a rollercoaster—it’s exciting and scary all at the same time.

More than a Half-Million Dollars Saved on Prescriptions with the Co-op Connections Card!

Cooperative members have saved more than a half million dollars on presciptions using their Co-op Connections cards. In April, members saved $13,709 for an average of 35 percent discount on prescriptions. Even members with health insurance are finding savings when they compare their insurance coverage co-pays with the discounted price. Your pharmacy will be glad to give you the cost under each program. And remember, this valuable benefit is absolutely free to Cooperative members!
